When to take
Women's formula can be taken any time of the day. Our clients use it first thing in the morning to help be consistent with their intake, some use it in the afternoon and some in the evening. It has no stimulating effects so it won’t impair sleep, in fact, inositol has some sleep-enhancing properties. Some people will say you need to use Creatine around workouts but this isnt the case. You can take it anytime and how you see benefits is through increasing your body's stores of it. So make it work for you to be consistent
How long until I see benefits?
You should start to notice better training performance within 10 days and the effects on your menstrual cycle may take 2-3 weeks. This will vary between individuals though.
How to take
Take one scoop with 200ml water. This can be mixed with other products such as Performance Hydration or Beta Alanine.
Common mistakes people make
Some people find taking Creatine on an empty stomach can cause digestive issues but this is rare. If this is the case, take with food. All these ingredients need to be taken consistently to see a benefit so if you take sporadically you will struggle to see a difference.
Creatine

I've been using this formula for a few months now and I can definitely notice a difference in my cycle, and there's been a huge difference in how I feel before and during my period, I've always dealt with bad periods (bad cramping, fatigue) but since using this I've definitely noticed the intensity of my period has reduced and now I don't get as many bad symptoms in the week before. The flavours great and it's so easy to drink! 10/10
I was worried I wouldn’t like this, or it would taste powdery.. How wrong was I, it’s delicious, refreshing and the flavour is great..I look forward to drinking it. Would happily drink it all day😀

Compared to the old one I find this one very difficult to drink. It doesn’t seem to blend that well and there are always ‘dregs’. Flavour could definitely be improved too!
I have been a huge fan of the women’s formula since it came out. I have seen an incredible amount of changes since taking it, I suffer with endo and this has really helped me every month. I am absolutely gutted that the new flavour is so drastically different, it is almost difficult to drink. Keeping everything crossed the flavour develops into something more tolerable.
I've been taking women's formula for about a year now and love the upgrade of the new formula. Additional benefits without having to take more supplements!
The only downside is the flavour - I really enjoyed the tropical and orange - the new orange and mango tastes somewhat 'earthy' and more concentrated than the previous women's formula. I've added squash to make it taste better based on my preference - more flavours would be amazing as it really is a great product!
