Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return with us.

Exchanges - you can exchange for another size or product. 

Refunds are charged a £5 handling fee - this will be deducted from your refund.

If you changed your mind: We accept returns, provided they meet all the following criteria:

• The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your items.
• All products must be in a perfect resalable condition.
• The products must, undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging.

You will need your order # and email. 

Once we have received your returned parcel and checked that the products meet the return criteria, we will action the refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. 

*Bottles are non returnable. 

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are only possible should the order not yet be dispatched. If you have received your dispatch notification it is too late and you will need to follow the returns process. 

Please note we often fulfil items within 15-minute window of order confirmation. 

We don’t cover the cost of returns for cancellations.

ORDER ISSUES

All orders are treated with the greatest care during the picking and packing process. Our Distribution Team verifies that the products packed are correct, in good condition, and complete. However, accidents and errors may still occur.
