The MARCHON™ Fuelbar30 is a compact, functional energy oat bar crafted for everyday use. Designed to deliver 30g of carbohydrate energy from natural sources like gluten-free oats, rice, and dates, this bar supports performance without unnecessary fillers or artificial ingredients.

It is versatile, smaller in size than most fuel bars and has a texture that doesn't get sticky in the heat or go solid in the cold.

Our energy oat bar can be used pre, intra, post training or as a snack anytime of the day. It is low in fibre, protein and fat and with a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose it slots into the MARCHON Endurance Fuelling System seamlessly.

This is not just for endurance activities, though. It can help fuel any training session, from HYROX and functional fitness to cycling or running.

Usage instructions

Pre-workout - Consume one fuel bar 45- 60 minutes pre training.

Intra-workout - Consume up to 2 bars per hour of exercise, depending on your duration and intensity. Best used alongside other products such as the Endurance Fuel Gel.

Why does the bar contain 30g of carbohydrates?

Our fuel bars are purposefully formulated to deliver 30g of whole food carbohydrate per serving and makes it easy to stack with other products in our fuelling system.

Are these bars suitable for pre-workout use?

Absolutely. The blend of oats, date paste, and rice syrup provides a steady release of energy, making this energy oat bar ideal 45-60 minutes before training or competition.

Do these bars cause bloating or GI distress?

No. The balance of low fibre and low fat helps ensure digestion is smooth and performance focused without unnecessary GI burden. Also the fat content comes mainly from coconut oil which is rich in MCT's. These are metabolised faster than other fat sources and can be utitlised as an energy source.

Are MARCHON™ Fuel bars gluten-free?

Yes. We use gluten-free oats and gluten-free cereal balls to ensure the oat bar natural is suitable for those with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.

Are the bars suitable for vegans?

Yes. All ingredients are 100% plant-based.

Are these bars heat and cold stable?

Yes. The texture stays soft in colder environments and non-sticky in warmer conditions, making it ideal for year-round training and racing.

Are MARCHON™ Fuel bars tested for banned substances?

Yes. Like all MARCHON™ products, our bars are batch-tested for banned substances under the Cologne list to ensure athlete safety and compliance.

We aim to dispatch your orders the same working day if the order is placed before 1pm. Any orders after this will be dispatched the following working day.

Our shipping options are : 

  • Standard 2-4 working days £3.95
  • Express 1 - 2 working days £5.95.

All orders over £50 qualify for FREE standard shipping, note a paid upgrade to express is still possible.
