It is versatile, smaller in size than most bars and has a texture that doesn't get sticky in the heat or go solid in the cold.

It can be used pre, intra, post training or as a snack anytime of the day. It is low in fibre, protein and fat and with a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose it slots into the MARCHON Endurance Fuelling System seamlessly.

This is not just for endurance activities, though. It can help fuel any training session, from HYROX and functional fitness to cycling or running.

Why does the bar contain 30g of carbohydrates?

Our bars are purposefully formulated to deliver 30g of whole food carbohydrate per serving and makes it easy to stack with other products in our fuelling system.

Are these bars suitable for pre-workout use?

Absolutely. The blend of oats, date paste, and rice syrup provides a steady release of energy, making it ideal 45-60 minutes before training or competition.

Do these bars cause bloating or GI distress?

No. The balance of low fibre and low fat helps ensure digestion is smooth and performance focused without unnecessary GI burden. Also the fat content comes mainly from coconut oil which is rich in MCT's. These are metabolised faster than other fat sources and can be utitlised as an energy source.

Are MARCHON™ Fuel bars gluten-free?

Yes. We use gluten-free oats and gluten-free cereal balls to ensure the bar is suitable for those with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.

Are the bars suitable for vegans?
