Train is our bespoke training program for those wanting to incorporate more functional fitness into their workout plans. The Train program has been developed to incorporate a focus on key compound movements, epitomising our move well, get strong & increase capacity core principles. This functional fitness program is the perfect introduction to the skill based exercises found in functional fitness whilst being underpinned by traditional strength and conditioning principles.It is for those wanting to be challenged with new technical movements, whilst gaining strength, speed and stamina. The program is designed to help prepare you for both life and competition outside of the gym.
