Overview
Delivered through the Marchon™ App, the program includes everything you need to optimise your training for the results you desire, over 12 or 16 weeks.
Comprehensive Training Plan
Delivered weekly over either a 12 or 16 week period, our plans are specific to training for 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon Distances. The programme is designed to educate the ‘why’ behind what you are doing, so that beyond the program, you’ll carry forward to knowledge of how to train optimally.
Progressive Structure
We treat running the same way we treat training: personal and specific. Each phase of the plan is designed to build the endurance, speed and strength you need to improve your running performance. Sessions include but are not limited to tempo, long, recovery and interval runs, to progressively build you into race day.
Community Support
Join a community of like minded, goal oriented individuals and receive support from our expert coaches.
Strength & Mobility
We offer supplementary strength and mobility training in order to support your running training, recovery, and keep you injury free throughout the program.
Race Strategy
You’ll also receive guidance for race day strategy, so you know you can approach the day of your running event with peace of mind that you are approaching it the right way.
