How long until I see benefits?

This is a product that you will see immediate benefits as the ingredients used all work acutely. It is one of the reasons we don't have ingredients such as Creatine and Beta-alanine in here as they require saturation of a few weeks to see results. 

How to take

Use one level scoop 32g in 300ml water and shake/mix well. You can take it with more or less water depending on preference. It can also be stacked with our Performance Hydration, Creatine and/or Beta-alanine.

You can take this before all training sessions or those that are higher volume and higher intensity such as endurance workouts, full body training days or ones where you feel more fatigued going into them.
