Introduction
In this article, we’ll be presenting a recipe for an easy, 5 ingredient high protein snack. No oven required! You’ll just need some cereal, some protein powder, maple syrup, a splash of milk and some plain chocolate!

50g Cereal

1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder or Plant Protein

2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup

1 Splash of Milk

50g of Chocolate
Easy High Protein Snack Recipe

Let's go. I've got 50 grams of my favorite cereal, Cheerios. You can basically use whatever you want, any cereal works. So, for me, I’ve got Cheerios in a bowl.

I've got some chocolate protein powder. You could literally use any flavor, any variety. I'm going to put one scoop of that into the bowl with the Cheerios.

Next we’re gonna add some maple syrup, two teaspoons. This is gonna help it bind, but also just give it a nice sweetness as well.

I've got soy milk. You can use whatever milk you want. So, I'm just gonna go with a little splash to begin with. You just wanna add a splash and give it a good mix. Probably takes about two minutes to make.

Now, we’re gonna spread this into an even layer on a tray, and that is basically it.

So, that goes into the freezer for an hour, just till it's really firm.

So, to top our protein snack, I've just got 50g of nice dark chocolate. You can break it into pieces if you want, but I like to chop it. I've got a heat -proof bowl in which I’m going to melt the chocolate.

Next, I'm gonna grab our protein snack out of the freezer. Drizzle it with a bit of melted chocolate. That goes back in the freezer for another five minutes.

You’re all done! Then it's ready to have a nibble on - our delicious, crispy, crunchy, protein-packed snack. Enjoy!
